Great product! Within two weeks of taking it, the dryness of my hands and feet disappeared, and I felt a general boost in energy. I’m unsure about my cholesterol, but I certainly notice an improvement in my skin.

The best of the best! I've been taking this Omega-3 from Solgar for 4 months. I won't repeat the detailed composition, but the results are astounding! Just one capsule daily provides a boost of energy and vigour throughout the day! Now, I accomplish so much without fatigue. My mood has lifted, and I find joy and creativity restored; my dreams are calm and vibrant, and I'm getting sufficient sleep! My digestion is normalised, my intestines function superbly, and my blood pressure has stabilised! My skin is now well-hydrated, with dryness and cracks in my hands and feet resolved. Additionally, my libido has increased, much to my husband's delight! I wholeheartedly recommend this product! Thank you!

I recommend it! I take this along with D3 (10k) after I discovered a significant deficiency following tests. My skin condition (on my hands and feet) was previously scaly and dry; since using it, the peeling has stopped, and my skin is now moisturised and pleasant to touch! I was also experiencing persistent nervousness and insomnia, which my doctor linked to a lack of Omega-3 and D3. Now, I sleep like I did as a child! I recommend consulting a doctor before starting, and I wish everyone good health.
